From the inputs that grow it to the home it reaches – every step is ours

01
Before the harvest
Most operators start at the food – we start a step earlier
We breed the seed and keep the soil fertile ourselves, so a harvest doesn't depend on inputs from elsewhere.

The food in every kit is grown and made in our own hands
From our farms to our plants to our own labs – everything tested before it ever fills a kit.

Our derictions

Every direction we run, and the part each one plays

Food

We grow the food, make it and test it ourselves

We grow, mill, can and pack staple food ourselves – the full range that fills a humanitarian kit.

Fertilizers

A harvest is only as strong as the soil beneath it

We produce the soil inputs a harvest depends on, so the chain stands on its own without imported supply.

Plant selection

A harvest that begins with a seed chosen for its ground

We develop crop varieties built for harder growing conditions, so a harvest can begin closer to where food is needed.

Household

The everyday essentials that make a place feel like home again

We supply the everyday essentials that help a home run again, so support reaches the whole household, not only the plate.

Water

Clean water, produced where the food is delivered

We provide purification tablets and water systems, so clean water reaches the people each program is built to serve.

FAQs

A few things worth knowing about how we're built

Ask a question

Plant selection runs through our Seeds of Ukraine program – Ukrainian seed science applied directly to the local climate. Varieties are bred and trialled in-region on demonstration plots near the communities that will grow them, with training for local farmers so a harvest can be repeated season after season.

This page explains what we do along the chain – the directions we run, from soil inputs to the finished kit. The Products page is the catalogue: the individual items themselves, who makes each one and which programs they go to. One is the method; the other is the inventory.

One operation. Every direction runs through the same operator and the same chain: one point of accountability, from the input in the field to the household at the end.
