We grow the food, make it and test it ourselves

A shop with empty shelves, a town the trucks stopped reaching, a family that has moved three times in a year – this is where most of our food programs begin. People here don't need a one-off parcel. They need a supply that will still be there next month. Food is the direction built for that gap.

The chain we own

We don't buy food in and relabel it. Every step belongs to the same operator:

• Grown on our own farms across Ukraine – the harvest a program depends on starts on land we work.
• Made in 11 plants we operate – milled, canned and packed under our own roof.
• Tested in our own labs, batch by batch, before a single pallet leaves.

Owning each link is what lets the chain hold under pressure. When an imported supply line freezes – as they do, under war – ours keeps moving.

Every link in the chain is one we hold – which is why ours keeps moving when others freeze.

Why we run it all ourselves

Because ownership is also accountability. The same operator stands behind the field and the lab, so we can say what went into every kit and show where it landed – in a frontline village or at a hub in West Africa.

And it rebuilds more than supply. Across the consortium, 2,467 people are employed, close to a third of them displaced by the war, and 8 factories have been brought back into production. The chain that feeds a community is also putting that community back to work.
