About this facility
Central Fish has canned fish in Cherkasy since 1998. The production site runs across more than 3,000 m², with the main office in Kyiv.
The company keeps the full technological cycle in-house, from raw fish intake to sealed can – which is what holds quality steady while keeping the price within humanitarian budgets. Its own laboratory checks incoming raw materials and finished product alike. The canning line is certified to ISO 22000, and the wider quality management system to ISO 9001:2015.
Central Fish is a member of the "Quality of Retail Networks" consortium, a separate association of Ukrainian food retailers built around shared quality and safety standards. Its sardines, sprats and kilka in tomato sauce reach RIDNE kits under TM LOKKI and TM Supiy, and Ukrainian retail chains including AUCHAN, NOVUS, VARUS, Eko-market and Megamarket.
