About this facility
Jarka is a family business that has worked the Ukrainian market since 1994. It began as a family enterprise and has grown into one of the country's larger grocery producers – opening its first buckwheat line in the 2000s, then adding a dedicated line for Italian-style pasta.
Production is fully automated. Raw materials pass several stages of incoming control and post-treatment before they reach the line, and every finished batch is checked in the company's own laboratory and logged in a quality register. Jarka sources from Ukrainian agricultural producers for its pasta, cereals and flour.
Alongside its own brands Jarka and Pasta Lenka, the company contract-manufactures more than ten private-label brands and exports abroad.
