About this facility
Groceries Factory makes cereals under TM Zhmenka and sugar under TM Sladov for RIDNE humanitarian kits, from its plant in Skvyra, Kyiv region. A Ukrainian cereal expert since 2002, it joined the consortium on its first day of operation and holds more than 80% of Ukraine's premium cereals market.
Raw grain passes a multi-stage purification system that removes dirt and metal impurities, and the company's own certified laboratory checks raw materials and finished product at every stage. Food safety is covered end to end by FSSC 22000 and ISO 22000 – from grain selection to final packaging.
Because the plant is funded a year in advance, it can buy raw materials from RIDNE partner farms on time, build warehouse stock, and hold to a fixed shipment plan. A dedicated, fully automated warehouse handles consortium orders only – so humanitarian and retail stock never mix.
